Our Jerky is 97% fat free meat.  Our jerky is vacuum sealed inside our bags to keep your jerky fresher once opened.  After opening (If you didn't eat it all, lol) seal the bag and toss in the fridge.  Our jerky is not hard and dry like most jerky, ours is very moist and chewable.  Our recipes are made to perfection, so the challenge will be trying to make it last !!!  Multiple flavor available.
